ONE DAY AT A TIME:



One day at is time is

what I have heard them

say but only after their

shattered dreams and

shattered lives arrive

up on the scene.



And then they seem

to slowly learn to

take but only one

day at a time.

things are regained but yet

Those tear you apart, rip a h*** in your heart, 

Make you feel like you've been flung from a great height - frights.
