petition I trying to get signed for due process don't know exactly how to do this

The petition or attempt

            I, Ken Moorhead am asking and filing a grievance against the government, The courts at this moment the SC courts and government for due process, right to compensation, for my character and or reputation, or past, current, and future life

            I petition the government and court for the following

1. I ask for a trial by an impartial jury for the allegations of July 15 2023 without further time being held and stay released on the conditions of the current plea till due process is held.
2. I think that all persons including I should have a trial in a few months of allegation and time to trial begin on date held.
3. The speedy trial or US constitution amendment six should be amended to give persons a trial by impartial jury or judge within six months from the day held.
4. The laws should be changed to compensate persons for losses of pay, places, items own on any decision by trial of not guilty.
5. The laws should be changed unless found guilty by trial that records or accusations should not be used against them including when dismissing the cases.
6. I think the law be changed once there is a dismissal or not guilty the allegations should be removed from records, computer, police report etc.
7. I think the law should be changed anytime persons assaulted, battery, domestic violence records should be kept referral to victim advocates contacted with the victims knowing who to contact A police report should be issue and think kiosk or computer access giving at library or site where get number with name and search of date near date of the incident. No longer should someone act nothing did not occur or some tell it did or they a lying or did not occur this also stop some of dishonesty of the world.

By signing of the petition above you agree with seven statements and want the US government to amend the laws to make the US government with better fair rules, more equality and better due process or just protection to persons or better equality
