            The fairness, equality for persons I think it is fair to give a trial to persons who usually are not in the court systems or not in lot of trouble right away or who has not been in the system or had a trial in a long time. The right to a speedy trial especially if they or persons had not had a trial in long time or more than 10 years since there have been any trials. The persons who have been constantly there I think it be fair if they waited some time because they have constantly received service and have brought about a lot of financial costs to the system. They are repeated constant offenders, repeatedly costing the system, causing interference in the justice system. They cost the court, justice system financial with their repeated bad characters, reputations lot of times they have done the acts repeatedly it seems fair for persons who don’t live in the system done things repeatedly who never seem to try to live in the system they constantly are being criminal, or terrorize should have to wait some for a trial. There seems to be fairness, equality if persons who have not constantly challenged the system tries to obey rules, without persons doing or causing harm persons who sometimes have allegations but not repeated should get trials quicker without waiting is long. They should be allowed to have quicker due process or trial, quicker speedy trial, or these rights be upheld in six months or less. They should be allowed a chance to keep or get back to their often-good lives, review allegations for persons in the dishonest world or universe that can be innocent, if so be allowed to live their life as quickly as possible to retain or regain their life is it is with their good characters, reputations good citizens in the community being allowed to be good citizens and stay so without causing them further problems or harm. The persons who keep living decent lives, being truthful, honest daily the trails to keep them from being stalked or victimized by criminals. This is just the reason to give them protection of law, to make sure good citizens our protected, equality, fairness by getting a trial within a few months or speedy trial act, or US constitution Amendment six or SC Constitution 24. This also does not allow some of the stalking, intimidating or harassment by the criminals to escape, who follow the innocent persons doing dishonest things, making it view the other way who often have victimized persons whom have records but then our trying to change things around in our system. The information  does not exist in the system or computer, or the courts  but perrons, family in communities, elsewhere sometimes know about their bad character reputation, lies things, stealing, nasty activity drugs, other crimes or bad activities stalking so this is why a quicker fair trial is necessary especially for persons not in the system for a while or have  not been in the system or question by many whom are they The protection of law to rare or unknown persons in system the others the criminals have their history of doing bad acts from even when young who terrorize others or the community repeatedly doing things to innocent persons who have not had a chance to confront them right back in court with due process or trial there are a lot of hidden criminal activity of many who want to put persons on trial so getting due process quick is essential for fairness. The lies, dishonesty, stealing, fraud, robbery lots times not reported or embarrassed that they should be able to more to stop them, other reasons other acts, corruption, wrongness, bullying who often our trying to get

something from them again by bringing the persons suddenly to court or allegations for supposed wrong that these innocents whom are actually victims did it seems they always after the others whom are without a doubt innocent nice person’s life, decent, truthful individuals, working, residents, tenants. Some persons constant in the system, doing wrong, or harm to others, community in court always stating they have not done this is lies this is dishonest, corruption, wrongness no matter what age constantly doing these acts they are criminals, lots of times they keep and continue the wrongness. The right persons our challenged they acted or did something wrong or acted as they our these  other habitual criminals  when a lot times have not  done acts even if they may show off with innocence or probably not  should get fairness or trial without waiting less time in few months, equal process and definitely a lot needed or equal protection of the law or they strong arm around it front them they may be strong but weak system or could be average against overgrown nasty bullying if they our found innocent , dismissed  again by trials in less time. The others criminals are many times habitual offenders. There our good citizens in the community, work, home there should be fairness to fair persons they lived, earned equality, all this is equal when considering who they really are, who they really our or have been in life or stayed their entire lives or they deserve then to retire when get old. They should be protected from middle age or senior abuse, threats or bullying to ruin their lives, as good citizens with good families our lives they need protection when old. They sometimes find their self being unable to protect their self, world or families why can’t they less physically, mental or confused when reach mid age by their same as young what is going on but nothing is stopping maturity of them one more time confusing them like when they are young, they our compared to criminals, wrong doers, liars, thieves, fraud, other criminal activity constantly, daily. The innocent persons without much trouble or activities often are not in the system who have not been in trouble our often really good citizens often who have wrongdoing against them, fraud, wrong doing by others, they the innocent view lot wrong, have crimes done against them. The persons innocent good persons not in the system or court system our honest, stay in the system with rules, live with principles daily, as to right just way to act, or live with others, families, communities which sometimes act wrong while they know, our doing what they our supposed too, they live decent their homes our decent. The others criminal’s constant in system or court system as they stated their selves our gangsters, I don’t care about them, you or anyone who cares what you are doing does not manner when do it or what doing or middle of I God dam f*** what you are doing f*** you up in middle anything or if hurt you as their own statement we our gangsters they, and our gangsters.
