60 seconds, one word and just write! As the site says, "don't think. just write."  You'll see a green bar counting down those seconds. Write in the text box there. http://www.oneword.com/

Send it in if you want it to be added to their collection or simply use this to get your brain ticking over.

If you're just interested in what the word sparked in other people, click on the "read" option.

What's your opinion of this? I found it useful.

I like it! It's fun. I'd get so much more out in those sixty seconds if I was a better typist though. :) The randomness is stimulating because you never know what's going to pop up. This would be good for the days when you need that extra push to just get typing!
I'm better at it some days than others. Today I couldn't get my thoughts in order for the word "roller". I think I'm trying too hard instead of doing as I'm told and just typing.
It seems like a very fun thing to do, and very inspiring when I'm having writer's block. I'm going to go to the link.
How did you get on with this, Jasmine? I'm liking it more and more as I keep on using it. I'm not sending mine in though. :)

I did MUCH better with today's word than I've done before. Today's word was lack. The time deadline does get my heart racing a little faster. I'm not good under pressure LOL. :)

I liked it, I'm really bad at pressured writing and I think I do horribly....I'm not one to toot my own horn or whatever but I think was on of the better entries better than the ones that were longer...

Because what I understood from the directions was to write about it, and one of my high school teaches always put it in our heads was not to write a specific word to describe it and make the passage longer to get a feel of the word or whatever and a lot of people used the word and sometimes redundantly. It was fun! My word was Lust.

My Entry:

The warmth filled my body as his mouth came down onto mine. Our breathes mingled, his hands roamed trying to peck and squeeze, never giving me the only part I wanted of him, forget romance,  I want just the feeling, I wanted it now.
