Hi Kay.

I'm a health advocator. I do so because corrupt doctors murdered my first cousin at age 16. My uncol at age 44. They destroyed my father's life at age 60. Took out my gall bladder in 1991 & four years later I learned, there was nothing wrong with my gall bladder, they did it to make a fist full of dollars. After I begin to learn alternative medication, the important of good food & nothing but good food. Today I can be a good health adviser to everyone.

I'm not succesful in my fight because I don't speak & write well English. So I'm looking for help. Writers to make books, inform the public. Mater of fact; educate the public! I believe; we can make money too!

There's no flu virus! Flu originate in your own stomach because of constipation! Yet to learn the reason for flu shots! MRI causes cancer! They know it for years! Causes radiations like you're a mile away from a nuclear explosion!

Doctors don't treat sicknesses on the bases of; what causes sickness, rather they give the latest pills pharmaceutical companies recomend. The way they create all epidemics!

Sorry, I have difficulty to write. I'm heavily relying on dictionaries, if I don't have it, I'm lost.

Kay, can you use regular mail. My address; Steve Tamas Po Box 268 Harrisville NY 13648

thanks, Steve

Hello everyone @authors.com. Let me start off by saying, everyone has been very welcoming and nice. This an awesome community that has already helped me a lot. How I was brought here, is my little brother who also writes poetry told me about the site. He still in high school, but has plenty of talent. I have always been intellectual, but never really wrote much. So at a recent speed bump in life, this was my only way of healing and releasing my thoughts. I am growing and becoming a better writer every day, which is great!! Also I never wrote, to achieve money or fame, just because I enjoyed it. And hopefully somebody may benefit from it. I will be self publishing my first book in the next couple of weeks, all thanks to authors.com...ThX!!!

Thanks for the welcome! I have the blessing of being published by Trestle Press. Mr. Gelati recommended I join Authors.com.

I was told by my publisher to put myself about, which I found quite scary! There was a terrible fear that I'd get pulled to bits as soon as I 'opened up'.  I Googled Authors to see how other writers 'put themselves about' and was pleasantly surprised to find this website.

What a friendly, supportive place this is.  I will certainly recommend it to other writers here in Greece.

Hi Patrica

fenn is a good name, I had an uncle Alf of that ilk, who stayed in Cuffley Harts. Good luck with the writing!

Hi Sean, That's a good Irish name you have there. I spent many happy weeks in that country researching my novels, what a wonderful place it is!

Yup, the name is Irish, though I am three generations removed, still I have some Irish traits, not the least of which is enjoying a good yarn. The blood is well mixed, with German, English, Mongolian and Irish, I guess that makes me a man of the world, lol...

Wow! That's quite a biological soup.

Can't imagine what sort of menu you'd cook for a family dinner, LOL!

So as not to hyjack this thread I have started a new one about our origins... See you there!

My only regret is I wish I had found Authors.com much sooner!

It really is a wonderful site that offers authors of all stripes so much. I found your site via a button Laurie has on her "Laurie's Thoughts, Promos, and Reviews" site. I, in turn, found her on the Kindle boards where she offered to review books by indie authors (something a lot of bloggers don't do anymore) and I immediately jumped at the chance and contacted her since I'm an unknown author and I need to get my name out there.

Laurie is an incredible help to indie authors and she's generous with her time and expertise. We've been able to set January 28, 2012 for my Author Feature on her blog! I'm working to get all the information ready, but as I happened by her site, I spotted the Authors.com button and followed it.

At first I thought I wouldn't qualify to join Authors.com, but as I began reading it I found your site so welcoming and inviting even to newbies like me. So, I joined!

Beautiful site and I'm proud to be a member.
