Finding a paper book publisher today in the growing eve of eBooks is going to be nearly impossible. My novels are published as eBooks (No paper) And cost to publish them worldwide is only a very small percentage with no money up front, or you can publish it yourself, but its takes a lot of time to do it worldwide. I use the e-novel shop. http://www.enovelshop.com/ Larry Larson, who's also a member of Authors.com. eBook sales is growing rapidly, and soon the paper book will a thing of the past. My eBooks are increasing in sales a little bit everyday as more and more people buy electronic readers.
