Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers
How many of you have multiple works in progress? Are they all the same genre? How do you divide your time between them?
Currently, I have 4 WIP's.... sounds like alot huh? Right now I am thinking that too! As my second book just went back to my publisher for the formatting (after 13 hours of editing, my eyes are still crossed) I find myself looking at all the projects I have in the works.
One project is about half way through - but I had come up with a snag in the plot and I got frustrated so I put it on the back burner. Recently, as I find myself mulling over the issue, I think I found the way to work through my snag... but.... There is a more recent project that I started that I was working hard on. As soon as I figured out how to work through the other issue, I lost my train of thought on the new one.
Then there is the other book that I am working on with another author. Now that one is a huge project that will be in the making for a long time, but we are throwing ideas back and forth and running plot ideas and twists back and forth.
Then there is book 3 of my series (the second book is about to be published). After reading book 2 - and coming back to those characters I find myself running that plot hard and heavy in my mind. Conversations and characters building....
I'm at a loss right now as to exactly what I should be working on. I think I have so many things in the works that I am befuddled as to which one to go to next.
Anyone else get themselves in this situations? How do you work through them?

In regards to music This is where I got mine.- Stock Music
I purchased the music - Royalty free - and I am able to use it for whatever I want to use it for as many times as I want. I spent quite a bit of time (like hours) downloading samples of music to put in the video line to see if it fit - Finally I found what I liked the best.
Boris - I look forward to seeing yours when it is done!
Hello everybody! I've been MIA for the last few days, it feels like a month! How did we ever survive without the internet? My weekend was a busy one with social functions, but now I'm catching up with work.
I had to continue writing a short story earlier. it features one of my secondary Redcliffe characters, and I started it a couple of months ago, lost interest, and then today it came back to me again. Weird, but that's how it goes! So I added another page to that, and then another page to my next novel, and now I'm getting ready for another TV installment of True Blood series 3, which has only just started in the UK but I'm hooked again!
See you later!

Don't you get Netflix there. I watch everything on Netflix, no commercials. Good to have you back...

Hi to everyone,
I need your help. I prepare myself to participate in a chat with gateways and games for readers and I would like to ask you if you have experience, what kind of games for readers do you enjoy most, what kind of games for readers do you know? The award will be a Kindle copy of my book but what kind of games to offer so the chat to be interesting?
Thank you in advance for your possible support :))))))
/Stacy, I am still not ready with my trailer :(((((((/
Borislava -
I'm going to be no help with the games... I have never participated in anything like that - lots of blog hops - guest blogs and giveaways - I'm helping someone with a luanch party right now - but I have never been involved in the "games". Hopefully someone else can help you out on that.
Speaking of trailers... I went to update my Book 1 trailer yesterday - and totally messed it up - had to redo the whole thing.... sigh.... but that is o.k.I like this one better - just haven't had a chance to upload it on my sites yet. I will have to redo book 2 also - but that will be this weekend. You'll get it.. just take your time!!!
Thank you, Steve!
I will keep you informed about my trailer, Stacy! Thank you for your interest in my writing and PR efforts :)))))

You could try games like hangman, word association or 3-word story builders
