I've heard that a lot of people use scrivener, and from the description it sounds awesome, but I've been a fan of evernote. It's become my end all/ be all for writing. And if I ever have a quick idea I can just pop out my mobile and add it.

What do you use to make writing easier?

Hi Matthew!

I use a combination of Microsoft Word and OpenOffice to write my books. If you want a great free program, OpenOffice is the way to go! Go to OpenOffice.org to download the program. I also heard LibreOffice is a good free program. The only reason I use Microsoft Word a lot is because it works a lot better in edit mode for when my editor sends me my manuscripts back to approve changes.
