Talk about diminishing venues to speak and sign, difficulty getting book sales and name recognition makes me wonder--how far out of the box are you willing to think?
I live in a small town, pop. 23,000 (Lemoore). Ten miles away is a larger town (Hanford). Forty miles away is the Big City (Fresno).
I lived in the Big City over 25 years and was never able to get a signing or even a book launch. The local…

"What? You're posting on a Saturday? What's up with that?"
Yeah, I know, but some of these authors are so high maintenance (just kidding!) that I had to acquiesce. Sigh! Anyway, now that summer is here I thought this week's featured guest would love someplace cool to visit while doing our interview. Guess what? She takes control of the transporter and soon…

Anyway, I was thinking about this topic of dress and looking for another place of employment due to an incident at work which has been discussed before with friends,…

Hello Everyone,
It is summertime, that hot time of year. This is the time when families, friends, relatives and all will be getting
together for those big family reunions and family gatherings in the backyard. I love summetime even though

The day of my book signing it was in the 70's here in Alaska. So everyone was outside enjoying the warm weather because we have short summers here. Everyone enjoys the light also for the same reason.
