Memories:

Where do they fall?

The memories of the past

Do they drift into the snow on a cold winter night?

Or fade as the waves float on the banks?

Do we ever know, do we even notice?

As the years pass?

As we grow and change from school to school

Friend to friend, fight to fight

Between day and night

Memories when do you leave

When we dream sweet dreams

Or our worst nightmare

How can you slip, so fast so quick

Between our minds

And our fingers

Unnoticed like air

Needed but no longer visible

How can you go, where do you go?

When you’re needed the most?

Nice poem, I would take out the punctuation.
I really enjoyed that poem, thank you.
