Book Review: Radio Shangri-La by Lisa Napoli

In Radio Shangri-La by Lisa Napoli I realized that I probably would not create the best review you will read. And not because I did not enjoy the book, I did! But I am also a dreamer. I dream of a better world for all of us and Radio Shangri-La introduced me to a place I had never heard of that was near perfect. So my bias is to the place this author was writing about more so than the actual story of her exploits and travelogues.  

Radio Shangri-La is subtitled “What I learned in Bhutan, The Happiest Kingdom On Earth. and that is where I got submerged in the story. I got lost in her writing about this place called Bhutan, its people and way of life. I felt a longing to be there, to be a part of it and to share it with those I love.
