Event Description

Join us for the San Diego Veterans Museum Book Fair on Dec 2 where authors will display and sign copies of their novels.

I will have my political thriller THE SANDMAN on display along with many other authors I'm proud and fortunate to be with that night.

My novel is a timely thriller about a saboteur on a mission to destroy the nuclear reactor in Iran. With the announcement of a 2nd reactor readers are left wondering if my book will become NON-fiction. Purchase your copy and judge for yourself.

You can purchase copies at this event or at local bookstores in San Diego, or your favorite on-line retailer.

Visit my website www.DavidLuceroSandman.com for a book preview, reader reviews, event details, and for direct access to on-line retailers and local bookstores.

Keep on reading and I hope to see you there!

Well, the Book Fair was a HUGE success. I met a lot of talented authors and readers and we had loads of fun discussing and signing copies of our books on display.

Among the authors in attendance were:
Gail Chatfield, author of, By Dammit, We're Marines!
Virg Erwin, author of 'Cat Lo'
Emilio Marrero, author of 'A Quiet Reality: A Chaplain's Journey into Babylon Iraq with the I Marine Expeditionary Force'
Carl Nelson, our host and author of 'The Advisor'
Sheryl Roush and co-author Eldonna Lewis Fernandez, author of 'Heart of a Military Woman'
Tom Ruck, author of 'Sacred Ground, A Tribute to America's Veterans'
Mike Sager, author of 'Scary Monsters and Super Freaks (True Crime)'
Amy Goodpaster Strebe, author of 'Flying for Her Country: The American and Soviet Women Military Pilots of WWII'
Don Westenhaver, author of 'The Whiplash Hypothesis'
Marc Yablonka, author of 'Distant War: Recollections of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia'

Among the guests in attendance was Maria Edwards, a member of the Military Writer's Society of America and President of American Authors Association.

Readers seemed to have plenty of fun listening to the authors discuss how they got their inspiration for the stories we wrote and it was fun!
A special thank you goes to Carl Nelson for putting together this event and Melani Bruce, Events Director of the Museum.

I look forward to more events to share with you and will be posting blog topics on what I learned.

Keep on writing!

David
