Cathy Forde says: "The tasks in this exercise provide an alternate way to come up with ideas for stories. For me, music is a particularly useful tool in my writing. It is often the gateway into a story or part of one. I also use music as a shorthand to enhance mood and also to reveal a little more about characters.
