Hi Kay Elizabeth,
I am still trying for main stream publishing. I enjoyed self-publishing my trilogy and I sold hundreds to the libraries here in Australia. I have excerpts from my novels on my website. Thank you for you interest.

Hello Kay: How are you doing? I am so excited about being here. I love to write. My first book is called Pay Attention to the Red Flags. The book is targeting women who can't seem to identify an abusive man early. The goal is to enhance women's self esteem so that they can make better choices. I want women to know that all women don't have to date bad boys because there are som wonderful, loving and caring men in society. I had my first book signing Saturday. It was awesome.

I have written a novel called Showdown On Litherax. It is a military science fiction novel about about a group of reptilian humanoids or reptoids marooned on a world called Litherax, with only one human former special forces commando and eleven of them they form a relationship with the dinosaurs of the planet against a ruthless criminal syndicate called the Black Widow pirates they wage a desperate war of survival against impossible odds . . .
Hi Kay, thank you for the invite. This is the first site where people showed interest in what I write. lol.
As you must have seen in my profile, I write literary fiction (wrote a half-finished novel, then a finished novel, now writing the second one), read literary fiction, dream about literary fiction (right now my novel-in-progress).
The current novel, Chosen (working title) is a memoir. (It is kind of personal writing so you might like it) The book spans the lifetime of a woman who, at 63, discovers that she wronged her mother all her life and thinks her guilty of her death. But the fun part is that her mother kept telling her lies since childhood about what all she did for her (to get her love)!
Completed 60 percent of the book. Still working hard on it.
Okay, too long a message. People keep telling me they can judge by the length of my messages that I am a writer. :)
What all have you written? It is great to talk to fellow writers.
hello and thank u for the wonderful welcome...i am a writer, not anything published as yet but my biggest dreams is to have them published....i av been writing from 12 years old,i write romance, mystery, kids stories, poetry book and of course im thinkig about doing a small book with inspirational words. its a gift i have realized that i have and i want to make great use of it,so i looked for a website and came upon authors.com,with people who are much like me and had to join. i would love if i could get some advice on being a great writer....thank u once again
Hi-on my old computer I had a website called AUTHORS.com which had all authors and all their books, with pictures, exerpts, etc, listed in order of print. It also had books grouped by series--as the Women's Murder Club series by James Petterson. As an avid reader I nned to keep a record of what I've read--hate to start a book and find I've already read it!!! Any idea where to get such info???
Thank you for contacting me. I am pretty well clueless about this site but want to begin to become familiar with it. Any suggestions on where to start?
Hi Kay
Thanks for the welcome, as I am new to this site am I unsure whether we can submit sample chapters on here for other writers to comment on. Is there anywhere to do this?
Many thanks
S
Kay, it has been far too long since we chatted! You gave me your new email address and I lost it, because I'm great like that! Hopefully chat to you soon! Take Care xxx
