Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers

I have to admit I have seen RENT the play, not on Broadway , but at the local high near me Harry S. Truman High School. They were the first high school to do it as the pilot, and they rocked. Anyway why am I writing this blog post? What is 180 days exactly besides six months or 259,200minutes? Well for us at Trestle Press it is a number of things:

-We have gone well over one hundred titles published, both full length and digital short stories

-We have novels that are not just nominated for awards but already recipients:

Alexandrea Weis- “Recovery” won a NABE Pinnacle Achievement Book Award for best romance and just made the finalist list for Reader's Favorite Awards.

-We have novels that are being made into full length movies (Alexandrea Weis novels), Leona DeRosa Bodie’s (“Shadow Cay” is being made into a movie) we have published the prequel to it “Cocooned in Darkness” and some are already full length movies(Mark Miller’s Daniels’s Lot).

-We have charted numerous titles in the Amazon Top 100 in their categories not just here in the good old U.S.of A. but also in the UK: Big Daddy Abel’s “Open Mic Series” has had his volumes 1,2 and 3 at numbers 1,2, and 7 in his category, “The Author’s lab/Collaboration” series has had more than fifty percent of its titles chart in a variety of genres, Paul D. Brazill’s “Drunk on the Moon” series is still plowing ahead, and there are many more.

What is my point in all of this, because I don’t generally do this kind of thing? My point is this, the people at Trestle Press: the authors, the editors, the cover art guy (wait that’s me) must be doing something right somewhere along the line. I have been fortunate to meet many people in this industry, and I am very proud to say that I am able every day to work for a great bunch of people, individually as well as group. It really makes waking up each day a pleasure and a joy. If you are looking to find some great work, by some great authors that truly care about your thoughts and desire as a reader, then here you go. To a person they care what you think and want, not a selfish one in the bunch. Are you an author looking for a publisher that does everything from start to finish? Trestle Press will get the job done! If you cannot find the author’s email address to question them or just jaw, then email me and I will make sure that you meet.

Have you put Trestle Press in your Amazon or Barnes and Nobles toolbar today?
