I am not whole,

Forgotten,

I wallow endlessly in a dark abyss,

I think I thought,

But do not know,

For the Creator left me half of what I need to be.

I can not die,

For I am Not alive,

Yet I see a blue rainbow,

No it is a feeling,

A sound,

A hue of laughter,

Above me,

Beyond me,

A sense of nothing,

Why have I been forsaken?

I know not what I was to become,

Yet I wish it to be more than anything,

I am the unfinished creation the creator forgot,

Left and eternity to ponder nothing,

But ringing silence and blinding darkness.

Would have been better not to start,

Than not to finish,

For I am ever so sad,

To not know what sadness or happiness is.

I don't think the last line belongs. But the piece is powerful. (I can not die, For I am Not alive,) very powerful. Nice piece even though you are in pain. The pain will go away in your writing. But not all the way. I mush have written a thousands poems and most are quite painful. I wish and pray for you, the best. Hang in there!!!...
thanks for your feedback. This poem was written with the idea of the futility of life without being whole.(a striving after the wind. As king solomon would of put it.
