"Yes, we ARE laughing at your penis!"

A book I've been working on for past couple years. It describes many events and people that I encounter working in the emergency department.  My alter ego creates material for children. This is most definitely not for children and a lot of people will find it quite offensive. Ahhhhh, the reality of emergency medicine! Working in a very high stress environment creates employees with a warped sense of humor, to say the least. I have ADD when it comes to writing , jumping from one topic to another and not finishing any...HELP! I currently have 4 different writings I'm working on and one must be finished by December.  I guess I need to pick one and finish it. FOCUS, FOCUS FOCUS...any good tips?
