Thank you for the welcome. I am a Tailor and I am a new Christian author. My first book was published this January.
I'm very new to sites like this and to the world of book publishing and would love all the advice I can get. The day I joined this site, I recieved an invitation from the Outlaw to do a radio interview. Do you have any advice?

Wayanne. Stopped using Rae after I was no longer shel shocked from national headline case.
Write Non Fiction based on true stories of mothers who fight for their children. Song writing since I can remember. Poetry in my sleep. LOL.

I do have 2 manuscripts out right now on Myspace titled; Meet The Picture Not The Person. 2 Years study of those who prey on innocients people or just adult bullies that love to dish gossip and ruin people relationships and such.

The othet is in the works and I am not disclosing as of yet. If that check comes in then I will talk when it's published.

My agent recomends that I do not send them in at this time. It tells how I over came situations through childhood until now. My goal is to show people that they don't have to stay in the istuation that they are in that if you let go and let God the things will work our for them.

Thanks all. My penname is Rae. How I hit the letter "k" is beyond me. It's not even close to the "R" unless I wrote a comment on my iphone. I am about ready to trade that in for the new Skide because it keeps going "turkish" on me. Why not a different language like French or German?
I think my largest hurdle is editing. Grammer is not much of a problem now that I got a publishing program but in the end I still have to hire an editor to get another perpective.

Thanks for all the welcomes to the site. At this moment by plate is pretty full but I found out that humorios blogs on subject that really bother me takes the edge of of a perfectly beautiful day.

My number one quam is I am a national advocate and I've already led a very private family life. I do not have time to meet new friend outside of my work. I do not get close with anyone on social networking sites the # 1 reason I wrote "Meet The Picture Not The Person" and a script a friend and I are putting together based on the book. Is difficult to be close to anyone in my line of work and its hard for others to approach me. I get a ton of emaiks and most of it is abiut a case I am on. But here is the problem. I am a non fiction writer. Many people will private me to write a book on a specific case that is National, yet behind your back when they think someone does not send me anything or say anything abiut me which is easily tracked by RSS feed,

They say, "she is just in it for me the money." Has anyone ever really looked at the salary as a author? Not a novelest such as Stephem King or John G. Just your average author? I woud made far more money had I got my licence as a PhD. I only got my diploma to understand abused victim and domestic violence, that i still have a cramatic part of e that I cannot relate too. Men beating on a woman, but thats here nor there. Has anyone here ever been anble to live i year off a book published without worring no emergency money needed will pop up and yor one your last 2 grand in your account?

I am writng on national headline case but my lips are sealed on it. The Jerry Springer like garbage intwined around another sad case or cases of another child murdered. There have been so any cases in 2 years I thought I would do the 6 most crushing stories America cannot get enough of.

It'sike OJ over and over, day in and day out. Any suggestions? PS: Is anyone else havinga problem seeing wat they write. THE COMMNT BOX KEEPS JUMPING ON ME.

Don’t set limits for yourself…let your mind be free to experience all of the wonders of life. Whatever happens, just learn from it and create something positive. Your Happiness is a choice and only you can make the decision to be happy. You deserve to be happy and nothing should stop you from feeling good and feeling good about yourself.
