It's seamless at Smashwords, the old version is available until the new version is approved. I think I read the same at Amazon, but am not 100% sure. I think we'll probably let it be good enough as it is unless we get a lot of other feedback saying the same thing.

That's excellent news on the downloads Sally! :) I wouldn't be tempted to change it until I found out what the policy is at Amazon and Smashwords about uploading revisions. It may be more trouble than it's worth if it's going to cost you downtime when you have traffic flowing. I imagine you would also have to clearly label it as a revision to avoid confusion.
