RELATED TO ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI
It is true that I am a relative of Thomas Jefferson which causes a great deal of pride but lately, I have been considering the possibility that I may have another relation of more ancient descent and more holy. I had my first book signing at Barnes & Noble November 10th. It was an extremely exciting day for me. Unfortunately, my baby sister was away in Sacramento, Ca, so she was unable to attend. My older sister was originally supposed to come in from Dallas, Tx, but something came up. She couldn't make it either.
I had my ex husband's support, but he was taking care of our kids, so he didn't attend.
I posted it all over every social media site to which I have a login. Many of…

Did you know that in many states, individuals can perform x-ray procedures and CT (CAT) scans without ANY education? The Consistency, Accuracy, Responsibility and Excellence (CARE) in Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy bill will establish minimum education and credentialing standards for personnel who plan and deliver radiation therapy and medical imaging services.
I just took action on this issue and thought you might find it interesting too.

The evening air has a nip in it. Oh, how I love the cool evening air in the fall time. To make it more special, I put on a nice sweather to make it feel cosier.
Next, I fill the coffeemaker with water, coffee... I'm going to make hot coffee to enjoy. I'll take my cup outside to sit at the table on the porch.

Tommy died May 29, 2010 on a Saturday evening ... he and his family had gone to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to spend a week. It was their summer vacation, they were happy, excited to be going to the beach. Tommy was…
