I have both, but use Facebook more now because the other one got to frustrating I didn't like thier changes, so I found most of my old school friends and writing friends on Face book You can control it much better. Again just my opinion.

I agree with Kay, I hate having to return somewhere to see what the Character, had said or done or when he/she did it. But if you intend on having a sequel to the book, a few established people is good.

Titled Last Wishes

Wrap me in purple velvet
Blue satin ribbons, tie me with in.
Let me take a bit of royalty,
and all my carnal sin.
I'd take with me the dreams
I've held, deep inside my heart.
Things I let my self pretend,
but in reality never start.
My choices as a mortal,
are still a simple life.
A lover, a mother,
a loyal and loving wife.
I still climb the
highest mountains.
With you still descend
the valleys deep.
All the while loving you,
just as now or when I sleep.

Hi jkathleen! Welcome aboard. It’s great to meet you. I hope we’ll see you around the Authors site often. There's a Poetry category in Groups too. :) I like your poem. It's very sensual.

I wrote one long ago that had ribbons in it (and satin, not velvet) on a different theme. I wonder what it is about them that attracts poets. :)

Hello Ms. Love,

Great to have you as a friend. If you should be interested, I publish a free Newlsetter every other Tuesday on writing and the major royalty publishing industry. By happenstance, today is one of the every-other-Tuesdays, and the topic for this Newsletter is on the significance of "Starting a Story Sooner."

You can subscribe to my Newsletters by clicking this link, theperfectwrite.com, and scrolling to the bottom of the page, where you will find the simple two-step sign up box.

Again, thanks for your interest in becoming a "friend," and I am looking forward to hearing about your writing.

Regards,

Rob
