Next Carrie Bradshaw...

So as I have said, I watch Sex & the city, and my last blog post was sort of a hit, different people with different answers, some gave acting pointers for myself. Anyway I love how my last blog gave so many opinions. So here's another question I would like to ask... Do you writers write drunk? Does it give off more imagination? I read this somewhere, where an Author likes writing half sober. If you read this Answer my question. Taryn XOXOSee More

"Escapism from reality. It's why I got into acting, I get to do things that people don't often get to do in 'real' life."

"Hi Taryn. I have to say no, I wouldn't want to be either of the lead females in my book! I think writing and acting are pretty close (and I do both), it's all escapism :)"

Sex and the City.

So I am on the third season on sex and the city. Carrie Bradshaw maybe just a character in a season for 'grown' women to watch, but she is very inspirational. I used to want to be a journalist but things have changed, I'm going college in september starting an acting class, yet I love to write. Am I making the right choice? I love being a different person because being me is hard. So my question is... does every writer want to be their main male/female character in their books? If anyone reads…See More

Chapter 1

“Time can be reversed. All you need is a little magick” …

Damon Salvatore stood on a green starring at the new family unloading their car across the road that was placing boxes in the home that held so many memories, that house once belonged to none other than Elena & Jeremy Gilbert. For now Elena was safe in his home with Stefan away from Klaus, Jeremy was with close friends of the family he was…

His piercing blue eyes dug deep into hers. The both of them just stood there in the Salvatore boarding house not saying a word, the girl was breathing heavily and he well he… well let’s just say he doesn’t breathe hasn’t since 1864.  Anyway back to the extreme awkwardness in the passage way that was occurring and has been for at least fifteen minutes now.

“We’ve met before... how, when, where and how come I don’t remember?” the blue eyed guy questioned with puzzled look on his face.…
