What have I been up to:

Well, in 2013, I released "He Walks with Dragons"...the book explains the role of dragons on Earth as seen through the eyes of a dragonrider, Draig.  It was originally a stand alone, but soon became a series...in 2014, I released "The Staff and the Orb" and continued from the first book.  In 2015, I released "The Crown and the Dragon" which picked up with Draig's great granddaughter, Belinda, the first female dragonrider.  in 2018, I released "The Dragon on the Hill" which began with Belinda's…See More

This is a poem I wrote a long time ago.  A friend of mine was so touched, she had a plaque made.  she had it engraved in gold letters, on a colored copper plate, and set into a solid oak frame.  It looked so beautiful, I actually considered marketing copies of it...well, until I found out they would have had to sell for $120 each. Writing for Children...

Okay, I'm working on a children's book, but i'm not sure what words I can use.  When I was a kid, cartoons suggested that children had brains. Starting with my own kids, cartoons were being dumbed down.  The last time I watched modern cartoons, they were making cartoons for preteens, that sounded more like cartoons for 4 year olds.  This makes it hard for me to know what words I can use, and expect my audience to comprehend.

Wow, on Amazon.com.uk, for my paperback, and it showed up on the bestseller list:

#7 in Books > Religion & Spirituality > Religious Studies > Holidays > Christmas. 

It won't be there long, but for now, I get to be excited...
