I've posted a similar thread in the Christian Authors section, but I was just reading a few of my own works and I realised that quite often I will make my characters Christians. It rarely has…Continue

Even Writers can't Write

Posted on November 19, 2011 at 1:00pm 0 Comments

I stutter and stumble over words that I can't get out,

The feelings bubbling up inside, make me want to scream and shout.

There are just some things even a writer can't write -

Those tear you apart, rip a h*** in your heart,

Make you feel like you've been flung from a great height - frights.

It's like certain words refuse to be penned,

My mind scared…

My Generation

I struggle through this life, as a young woman, the kind of person who is always remembered but seldom by name. It can feel sometimes that the things we are taught as young girls are mainly lies. I don’t believe however that we are told these lies in a malicious manner, nor do our parents wish to deceive us, no we are misled by our parents dreams and desires. We are told about a world they wish existed - the perfect world they so desperately want to bring us up in. One where men will treat us… Continue

Hello Cheryl,

Actually I have been teaching for years and my students have practically begged me to write.  My writing was confined to personal and teaching material that I wrote for my Bible study classes.  For years students have expressed an interest in purchasing my work and I had none to offer.  This past October my husband, Michael, encouraged me to get my first work published.  He basically told me that God had blessed me and that I needed to share what he had given me.  He believed it would bring major change to the Body of Christ.

Good Mourning Sunshine is my personal story of how God broke me into a million and one pieces and gave me great understanding about this universe and the way he speaks to us all.

I desire to write Christian Fiction and Inspirational self help stories.

Thanks for connecting with me and I look forward to learning all that I can from this social community.  If you have time, please ck out my website and give me any suggestions you can?  Thank God for the fore runners like yourself.
