Author's Bio

A paranormal romance author of eight books, working on the ninth, one could say writing is my passion or an obsessive compulsion. My sphere of influence has decided that I am a woman of many words, deep thinker, humorous, overly skeptical, borderline critic and a better communicator on paper. Grammar has never been my strong suit, but who speaks the King’s English?

From experience, I personally conclude the real fight in life is the bout between good and evil. Daily, we confront the world around us by battling our past, struggling with our transgressions, failures, and shielding our souls from Satan's influences. There is always a victor in each and every altercation. Winning is not always a conquest.

With this premise, I plait diverse personalities into each book revealing bare bones, uncovering their psyche - good or evil - living or dead. My imaginary characters are individuals I have journeyed with during my lifetime. The circumstances depicted are not all fictional entries. There are elements of truth sprinkled into the drama, and amusing narratives.

Concluding, writers are alphabet artists. Paper is canvas and with each stroke of a letter, the imagery brings us closer to a vivid, complex imagination, a look-see into the subconscious mind of people. Supernatural Series 9 is where the dead speak, and the living will resolve their unfinished business.

Warning

Standing at the door, the young man offered his two cents. “What in the hell are you doing in a hospital bed on a night like this? What, you pissed off your girlfriend’s husband? Did he come home too early?”

“Aye, Alvarez that’s top secret stuff. I don’t need you telling the whole world about my private life.”

Looking down the hallway and glancing back, “I hope you left your…

Second Chance - chapter 13

While driving the unmarked-company vehicle Steve dialed his fiancé’s number but she wasn’t picking-up. Listening to her voicemail’s tagline for the umpteenth time, the irked man waited for the beep and finally left a message.

“Barb, I’m pulling into your driveway. Our flight didn’t take off. I hope that your auto-answer is on because I don’t want to barge in and frighten you. I figured I’d give you a heads-up; I’m staying…

I Won’t Be Home For Christmas

Vinny mulled things over while sitting in a parked car in an underserved community. The Neighborhood Crime Stoppers resigned years ago, allowing corruption to infiltrate every nook and cranny like melted butter on a hot English muffin. The detective’s officiousness sent him on a wild-goose chase an hour drive from home. This dick didn’t ruminate his personal welfare. The stallion is a risk-taker and ventured into the war zone. His…
