Have you considered publishing via Amazon's Kindle?

Its free and an excellent way to publish another book-the 21st Century way.

Another good free source is an author's page if your book is listed on Amazon. Google my name: C. A. Lofton and see if this might be something of benefit to you.

We currently have 5 writing guides published through KDP, and another one to be published in mid-May. Although we have been successful selling these e-books, we have had to promote them steadily and keep a close eye on sales data. Freado has been a good tool to let people read portions of these books.

One mistake I see authors make, however, is to expect that a book will sell simply because it's on Kindle. Promote, promote, promote! Publishing an e-book is, by itself, not promotion, though it can contribute to other promotional efforts. The e-books will need to be promoted. This includes getting reviews on the Amazon page, setting up the Author Central account, completing the book information, and pointing people to the page through on- and off-line strategies.
