I never know if it's appropriate to highlight my own work on here, but thought I'd give it a go with a link to my latest piece:

haha, nothing wrong with a little shameless self promotion. Feels kind of selfish, doesn't it?

Very nice site. Nice post too.

Thanks Anna!  It DOES feel selfish - thank you for your sweet compliments tho!  :)

Thank you Mariah!  I am so sorry I have not commented before _ I never got a notification that you had commented, and I have been dreadful about checking back in here since October (I got married and then we bought a house, moved, and are in the process of selling two houses - ugh!)...  What a lovely round of compliments, thank you so much!

What a beautiful post/story.  Sad, thoughtful, and heartfelt along with very well written.  You've coined the walk and the dash very well.  Good job!

Awesome!  Thanks for sharing:)

Thank you so much Nicki!  :)  I haven't been on here much/been regularly updating, but if people actually stop by to read what's here, then I will try to do so!

Great story, and you really have a great site too. I'm always knocked out by how life affirming graveyards are.

Thank you so much John!  I couldn't agree more.  The dignified decaying beauty always shocks me too, especially with very old graveyards like this one...  Appreciate the compliment and thanks for taking the time to visit my blog!
