This is listed at Duotrope. (Night to Dawn is NTD.)

NTD is looking at horrific themes in general, something that will make your skin crawl, like skeletal monsters (these creatures feed on human blood / flesh), and of course, vampire themes. NTD is actively seeking reviews for the next issue. NTD will consider short fiction, poetry, but the market is competitive. IMPORTANT: Query for word counts above 5000.
Submission Openings and Closings
Fiction: Open to fiction submissions.
Poetry: Temporarily closed to poetry submissions.

So no poetry right now but short fiction over 5000 words is fine.

This is additional information from the Night to Dawn page at BloodShadows.

I do have openings for submissions. I'm looking for three short stories that are really scary, that go into areas of heartbeat one vampire. Think of a mummy that drinks blood, or a creative twist on the zombie. I'm also open to reviews when any paranormal, dark fantasy tale. Encouraged: horror, science fiction, romance, and humor.
Discouraged: gratuitous love scenes and using any god's name in vain. Manuscripts should be double-spaced on Currier Times, or something similar. Since the mail runs slow, email submissions in RTF (as attachments) are desirable.

Artwork should be submitted in black and white, 8 x 11 or smaller in a form easy to scan or photocopy. Payment: $5.00 per fiction tale plus one contributor's copy; $2.00 a piece for poems and flash fiction (1.5K or less); $5.00 for cover art; contributor copy for reviews.

I didn't see any closing date for submissions. Since they are needed for the next issue, the editor will want them yesterday, so be quick! Good luck and get writing! :)

=O!
LOL I think Andrew is trying to say in a few words how much he liked that post. Go for it Andrew! Good luck. :)
Hmm...I'm guessing the submissions are already closed? T-T
Oh, well, I'm going to keep a better eye on this group then :)
I don't see anything there to say submissions are closed now for fiction, Alex, just the poetry side. I'd submit if you have a piece ready. :)

Oh, yeah, do you just send it in an email?
Alex, I bolded what they want the emails to be like so it wouldn't be missed. :) Look again and check all information on their page I linked to. That's the first rule of submissions because rules can change and submission dates open and close constantly. Always go back to the original site before doing anything.
