Hi richard, nice to meet you. Say a little more about yourself when you post and you're going to get more replies I'm sure. It's not easy to determine common interests if you don't, you see. 

It's better to talk on the forum with others about a specific topic or chat via PM or in the chatroom, at least at the start. Most people don't want to share their emails with a stranger right off the bat. Give them a chance to get to know you by adding new discussion topics or joining in on ones that are already there before asking anyone to email you.  

 

Also, your email will get picked up by spambots if you add it to your posts. 

 

Have you checked out the Groups section? Lots of good discussion stuff there too. :)
