CreateSpace issue

I spoke with a representative of Author Central who said there had been a glitch with CreateSpace's third party supplier of trade paperbacks, and because of it there was a delay in getting up to date information about sales. When asked how long a period of time this involved, he didn't know. Has anyone heard of this? Have any information?
