<p>Just a tip though, build it slowly to achieve a better linking platform and so that you will not get penalized. This is more natural. Share a link every other day.</p>

<p>Okay, so my book "Sensitivity 101 for the Heterosexual Male" has been out for 6 months now. The initial buzz was great, the publisher added the book to all the on-line outlets, I talked consistently about the upcoming event and everything was fine. Sales resulted from all this...but now what is next? I have a new cover already, utilizing quotes from reviewers and adding a subtitle "Lessons Learned from the Fairer Sex." I had a trailer made and continue to get reviews and comments from across…</p>
